Customer Service Channels

We provide assistance through the following official channels:

The hours of operation are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (local time).
Messages received outside of these hours will be answered the next business day.

Response Times

Our estimated response time is 24 to 48 business hours, depending on the volume of messages and the complexity of the request.

In the case of customized quotes, the response time may vary if a technical review or development of a visual proposal is required.

Quotation Process

In order to provide you with an accurate quote, we need to provide:

• Approximate measurements

• Inflatable type

• Visual references (if applicable)

• Intended use (event, indoor, outdoor, etc.)

Quotes have a specific validity period which will be specified at the time of sending.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only when:

• The final design is approved

• The specifications are validated

• The corresponding payment is made.

Until that moment, Airform does not begin manufacturing processes.

Modifications

Any modification requested after the design has been approved and the order confirmed may generate additional costs and possible adjustments to delivery times.

Conduct and Respect

Airform maintains a respectful and professional communication policy. We reserve the right to limit or suspend service in cases of offensive, aggressive, or inappropriate language.

After-sales follow-up

If you have any questions about installation, use or maintenance, our team can provide you with basic guidance for the correct operation of your inflatable.

At Airform, the privacy and security of our customers is a priority. We are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us and using it responsibly and transparently.
