SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping policy

At Airform, all our inflatables are manufactured to order and according to each client's customized specifications (measurements, design, finishes and technical requirements).

Production and Shipping Times

Because each piece is custom-made, the estimated production and shipping time is 2 to 3 weeks once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

This timeframe may vary depending on:

  • The complexity of the design

  • The size of the inflatable

  • The order volume

  • Adjustments or modifications requested during the process

In special cases, the estimated time will be communicated to the client in advance.

Order Confirmation

Production time starts counting from:

  • Confirmation of final design

  • Specification Approval

  • Receipt of the corresponding payment

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the corresponding tracking information to monitor its journey until delivery.

Important Considerations

  • The times indicated are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs processes or international logistics.

  • Airform is not responsible for delays resulting from causes beyond our direct control (customs, weather conditions, extraordinary situations, etc.).

Exchange and Return Policy

At Airform, each of our inflatables is manufactured to order and according to each client's customized specifications (measurements, design, colors, finishes, and technical characteristics). Due to the customized nature of our products, the following conditions apply:

Changes

Changes only apply if the product has a verifiable manufacturing defect.

A manufacturing defect is considered to be when:

  • There are structural errors that affect the proper functioning of the inflatable.

  • The product has defects in seals or joints attributable to the manufacturing process.

  • The product does not match the specifications previously approved by the customer.

To request a change, the customer must:

  1. Notify within the first 48 hours after receiving the product.

  2. Send photographic and/or video evidence of the defect.

  3. Not having misused the product.

Airform will evaluate each case and, if the manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.

No changes apply in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation or improper handling.

  • Natural wear and tear from use.

  • Damage caused by transport once the product has been received (if not reported immediately).

  • Modifications made by the client or third parties.

Returns

No returns accepted.

Because all products are manufactured to custom specifications, returns and refunds are not possible once the order has been confirmed.

Important Considerations

When placing an order with Airform, the customer accepts the previously approved specifications and understands that it is a customized product, therefore cancellations, returns or refunds do not apply once the manufacturing process has started.
